We caught up with the dynamic duo to talk about how we get our cocktail fix with decidedly less mix. Although this is quite a detour from the classic French 75 formulation (gin, lemon, sugar, champagne), it’s a great cocktail for a celebration or pre-dinner aperitif; it takes a little patience but is well worth it. You don't have to worry about your guests' drinks anymore, so you can be relaxed and—more importantly—ready for their arrival.
